Edmund’s Oast will once again launch their popular Beer School series the third Wednesday of every month. Led by Brandon Plyler, manager at The Charleston Beer Exchange and a Certified Cicerone, the focus of May 18 is 50 Shades of Farmhouse. Explore what "Farmhouse" means and the varying degrees of weirdness and experimentation this vague category of beer covers. These beers will be paired with cheeses from goat.sheep.cow.
