Beer School June at Edmund's Oast

Edmund’s Oast will once again launch their popular Beer School series the third Wednesday of every month. Led by Brandon Plyler, manager at The Charleston Beer Exchange and a Certified Cicerone, the focus for June 15 is Not So Sour. Sour Beer is not a style or really even a category of beer. Often super sour beers are what super fans crave. But, intense acidity turns off some folks new to these beers. For this class, we will feature beers that have a lighter touch of acidity to really give anyone a good taste of what is so exciting about sours.
