Every THIRD THURSDAY, Tobin's Market & Commonhouse Aleworks will be teaming up to put on a monthly concert series, in an effort to bring together the community and support our local artists through the gift of live music, craft brewing, good food, and genuine hospitality. The first chapter of this concert series will take place at Tobin's Market, downtown Charleston's hottest new music venue, bar & restaurant. The events to follow, will all be hosted at Commonhouse Aleworks in North Charleston, Park Cirlce's neighborhood production brewery & taphouse. Commonhouse gives the community a space to celebrate what we all have in common. The first two concerts will feature Charleston legend, Jeff Caldwell and his infamous rhythm section, Ben Mossman & Oleg Terentiev.

Jeff Caldwell brings his world-class songwriting, singing, and guitar playing to an apex during every performance. He is a native of South Carolina and has performed across the southeast for over twenty years in addition to multiple shows in cities across the country. Jeff has shared the stage with the likes of George Clinton, Greg Barnhill (songwriter for Amy Grant, Vince Gill, etc.), Ric Holly (Sly Stone), Bernard Purdie, Widespread Panic’s Jimmy Herring & Dave Schools, and Bill Kreutzman (Grateful Dead). His large, diverse catalog of compositions cover the realms of pop, blues, rock, jazz, funk, and R&B. Graduating with honors from the prestigious Musician’s Institute of Hollywood, CA at the age of 18, Jeff shared the top class with Red Hot Chili Pepper’s guitarist John Frusciante. One year later found Jeff teaching along side Jimmy Herring at the Atlanta Institute of Music before returning as an instructor to the Musician’s Institute of Hollywood.

This Thursday, come enjoy some amazing soulful music while you relax in our beautiful courtyard with a cold beer and some delicious gourmet bites, charcuterie, and piled high sandwiches. Don't forget to try the burger!

Join the party every Third Thursday!
